xStorage Home   di Eaton è stato scelto da Lyse nell’ambito del  progetto scientifico EU INVADE  per supportare la transizione verso le energie rinnovabili. Lyse, è un gruppo industriale norvegese che opera nei settori dell'energia e della banda larga basata sulla fibra ottica, è stata la prima azienda in Norvegia a investire nei sistemi xStorage Home di Eaton. L'investimento complessivo di 16 milioni di euro, nato con finalità di ricerca, si iscrive nel progetto scientifico europeo INVADE – uno dei più grandi mai realizzati in Europa in ambito smart grid e accumulo di energia – ed è risultato nell’installazione di venti sistemi xStorage Home di Eaton in venti differenti abitazioni a Rogaland, Norvegia. SolarPowerEurope welcomes the recent decision of the European Council to include green transition as a key element of the European COVID-19 stimulus package.  Following the recent informal European Council meeting, EU leaders adopted a statement on the EU actions in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, calling on the European Parliament and Commission to “prepare the measures necessary to get back to a normal functioning of our societies and economies and to sustainable growth, integrating inter alia the green transition and the digital transformation”.
